Martyn Fish

Martyn advises clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law with a focus on intellectual property litigation. He has been involved in numerous High Court actions in the fields of patents, trade marks, copyright, design rights and misuse of confidential information. He regularly acts for clients at all stages of litigation from pre-action issues right through to trial and appeal. Martyn’s work often has an international aspect and he has considerable experience of co-ordinating legal teams in various jurisdictions.
