Sam Bergstrom

Sam is IP Counsel for Airbus-OneWeb Satellites (AOS) on the “Space Coast” of Florida. Before his current role, he held law firm, solo-practitioner, and in-house positions in California and Germany, where he gained extensive experience in both US and European IP law. He has established high-quality, value-multiplier IP portfolios for a broad range of companies and currently drafts and negotiates IP-related clauses of AOS’s commercial agreements in addition to managing the company’s patent portfolio. His approach to practicing law (and life) is a synthesized European-US style in an attempt to adopt the best of each.
